HART WORK
Saturday February 7 9 AM – 3 PM
Jane and Keith $75
Hart Work involves breath, music, and art to carry you to new insights. It includes lying on a sleeping bag for about two hours breathing very deeply while listening to music that will open and attune your chakras. Afterward you will go to the art table and capture the experience with the art supplies. Then we will have a bite to eat and process the experience in sacred circle. Remember to bring a sleeping bag for comfort from home to lie upon.
FULL MOON MEDITATION
Monday February 9 7 PM
Jane Love Offering
If you want this meditation to continue please make yourself available for the experience. Distance meditation is very helpful but physical presence is a key component when establishing direct connection with Universe. Julia Dennis will play the Crystal Bowl as we connect from our hearts to the Earth and the Moon with love and abundance.
An Ever Changing Reality
Twenty-two years ago when Keith and I met, we spent a year remembering our contract to work together to be part of bringing community into our reality on this planet. We had (have) a knowing that we would (will) bridge the emotional spiritual physical aspects of the human experience so we all, as spiritual beings, could (can) get a handle on learning the human experience.
Keith and I have been steadfast in our commitment to manifest that bridge. The essential component has been flexibility. First, we got clean and sober. Then we went to school to get our educations to provide the deepest and widest knowledge base we could find that explores the emotional spiritual physical aspects of the human experience. We traveled far and wide to find and study with current masters and learned their techniques to expedite the awakening process. We settled in Memphis. The HART Center was co-created as a community experience for Memphis. We would like to sit down and find a way for that to happen. There are 4500 square feet of exquisite space available that can be coordinated so it is equitable for everyone. But, The HART Center has not taken off in Memphis. We don’t know why. It is difficult to understand why most of the time that building sits empty. Keith and I certainly have learned to set up and hold a spiritual container. The HART Center is truly a magical place that offers so many avenues to get to the same destination. We would like more support because we love Memphis so much. We have worked hard and diligently to set everything up just right.
As many of you may know, Keith and I recently tried to buy a huge house where people could come stay within the sacred container while doing their balancing and clearing processes at The HART Center. However, that did not happen. We know that Memphis could use a Spiritual Retreat Center somewhat on the lines of St. Colombo that is not church affiliated. So, we are staying open to the coming potential however it presents itself. It may be land that comes into view including moving to another city. We don’t know what is coming; we just know that we are willing.
I checked out the center of the Unites States, without Alaska and Hawaii, to find the very center is a place called Lebanon, Kansas. Now, being Lebanese, as I am, I thought that mighty interesting. A few years ago, on the way back from Rome a woman came and sat by me on the plane and said, "You need to go to Lebanon. They will welcome you with open arms." Of course I thought she was talking about the country Lebanon as she shared that she had just visited there and was returning home through Europe. She just sat right down and gave me an impromptu read. Today I wonder if she was talking about Kansas… So, I had this fantasy when I discovered that choice piece of information. Here is the fantasy: That a whole bunch of us moved to Lebanon, Kansas and took over the town of 234 people. I thought: now wouldn’t that be amazing to have a community of light workers living and being right in the center of the Unites States? Let’s discuss that on Memphis Light Circle.
Speaking of which, Memphis Light Circle, is a group of like-minded individuals who have begun the infinite conversation online. Some great topics are coming around, too. You can go to links on this web site and join if you’d like. It is well worth it.
At any rate, I am putting everything out there for y’all to see. I am committed to being transparent. I am open to conversation on Memphis Light Circle.
