HART Work is a process that stems from Holotropic and Integrative Breathwork. Those creative processes were developed by Jacquelyn Small and Stan Groff at Esalen Institute in the mid 70s. Keith and I certified with Jacquelyn Small through Eupsychia Institute. The experience integrates your breath, music, meditation, and art as it catapults you to the next level of your internal work. It aligns the chakras as it opens them through music while you lie on the floor breathing deeply. We provide lunch then process your art work.

This event is sacred and very fun! We will co-create the sacred container Friday evening with you building your mask with a partner. It will dry overnight and Saturday morning we will open with HART Work to access your internal experience. After lunch you will begin to decorate your mask. When you set the intention to participate you will begin to notice things that you will want to place on your mask. We have a lot of decorations to choose from but this becomes an extremely personal process so when you see something that calls to you pick it up and bring it with you. There are many avenues we can walk together to explore professional ethics. We will look at healing touch and dual relationship. We will look at management styles and treatment milieu around agency and staff timing versus consumer needs.
COMMUNITY SERVICES from the HART
Sunday Walk for World Peace Through Inner Peace
Every Sunday at 2 pm I start walking from the National Civil Rights Museum to City Hall and say a prayer for world peace through inner peace while filling all of the city county state and federal offices with infinite love and gratitude. The first thing employees encounter when they walk into the buildings Monday morning is LOVE and GRATITUDE. Then we walk back to the museum and close the circle with infinite love and gratitude to continue sealing the chasm that was created by Dr. King’s assassination.
